Across all age-groups we often see patients presenting with symptoms of stress that have been triggered by issues in the

North Sydney General Practice (NSGP) is registered with MyMedicare. This means that patients can nominate NSGP, and the doctor of their choice, as their principal medical practice.
They can still see other doctors in other practices, but will only be eligible for longer telehealth items (eg long phone consultations or mental health phone consultations) with their registered practice.
It will not make any difference at all to standard phone consultations, or to any face to face consultations.
The registration process is very simple.
You can register through your Medicare app, or you can to online and register through Services Australia:

If you prefer, you can ask the practice to register for you and we have forms at reception for you to complete and sign.
